Good
The location is great, very central to all the main sights. Room is lovely, spacious and clean.
The check in process and entry into the building is ridiculous, you enter 3 locked doors just to get to your room door.

Great location, close to the historical sites.
Great aircon. Good sized room in an excellent space. Small lift to get bags from ground floor.
There was no fridge, nor a space to work on. Otherwise room was big enough.

Very Good
Excellent location for exploring Florence.
Room was too cold, I think the aircon had been left on prior to our arrival, and took a couple of days to warm up. Only a thin bed sheet which didn’t help with temperature.
